Terms of service
Last updated: 17 August 2026. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
1. Agreement
By using Docomo.lk you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
- You must give a working email address and keep your password private.
- One person or one organisation per account. Sharing a Pro account with the public is not allowed.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Only upload files you own or are allowed to process.
- Do not use the password removal tool on a document you have no right to open. It exists for files whose password you already know.
- Do not upload malware, or content that is illegal in Sri Lanka.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape, resell or automate the service beyond the published plan limits. Fair use limits are enforced per plan and per day.
4. Plans and limits
- Guests, the Free plan and the Pro plan have different daily job counts, file size caps, storage and AI request allowances. The current numbers are shown on the pricing section and inside your account.
- We may adjust limits to keep the service stable. Any reduction that affects a paid plan will be announced before it takes effect.
5. The AI reader
AI output is generated by a language model and can be wrong. Fields marked as checked have been verified by our own code. Everything else must be reviewed by you before it is used for anything official. Docomo.lk is not responsible for decisions taken on unverified AI output.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting faults and third party outages can interrupt it. Tools that depend on a program which is not installed on the server are marked "Needs setup" and features still being built are marked "Coming soon".
7. Payments
Pro is billed in Sri Lankan rupees through PayHere. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. See the refund policy for cancellations.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to the files you upload. You give us permission only to process and store them so we can deliver the feature you asked for.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Keep your own copies of important files.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, attacks the service, or is used for fraud.
